Unseen Addiction

Thanks for stopping by!  I want to start out by saying that I'm lucky to be surrounded by so many creative friends. Friends who strive to follow their dreams and go into business for themselves. As many of us know, that is a tough process, which is why I'm honored that they bring me on as their photographer.  They allow me to bring my creativity on board while helping them reach out to the world.

I must say that photographing for a clothing company has to be one of the most enjoyable times. I mean, being out and about in the wilderness is great and refreshing, and being feet away from a car traveling upwards of 100 mph is exhilarating; however I prefer the great times to be had as a big group of friends working together while having fun.  Being in an environment like that is truly motivating and in the end helps everybody out.

My friend Emily started her own company last year and has been stocking up her inventory like crazy. She wanted to roll out her website as quick as possible so we had to get rolling pretty quickly. We had a few shoots lined up, which was really exciting for the both of us. One outdoor, Three in the studio, thousands of photos and days’ worth of editing later I unveiled the first photos! We have made tremendous progress, especially with the models loosening up and becoming more comfortable with poses, which is a key factor for the whole shoot!  The overall process is sped up, besides the occasional wardrobe change on set, but most of all it comes down to if the person who hired me is happy and if the models are having fun together (thanks to mimosas).

It never gets old seeing your work being published, and is such a gratifying feeling. I want to thank Emily again for this opportunity, and if you're in need of some new amazing clothes go check her shop out at www.unseenaddiction.com
